All Together Athletic - Return and Refund Policy

Every All Together Athletic piece is made to order, so please read this policy carefully before you purchase.

14-day window. All refund and exchange claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds. Refunds are issued only where an item arrives with a manufacturing defect. To be eligible, the item must be shipped back to us and received before any refund is processed.

Exchanges. Each customer is entitled to one replacement for a size or colour change within the 14-day window. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Shipping. Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 days.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund request that falls outside this policy.
